Octavius is blaming Antony that its Antony fault because Brutus and Cassius were not going to attack, But in the end they do. However before the fight happens each side’s generals talk and they bring up the truth behind them “Antony: think of the whole you made in Caesar’s heart, Hail Caesar!” Saying that they killed Caesar, “Cassius we don’t yet know what kind of blows you can inflict” which means that Antony talks and  does things so people he is a good person without a dark side.

Also in this scene we can see that Antony, Brutus and Cassius are talking their issues, however Octavius wants war, to make them pay for what they did to Caesar. Cassius and Brutus say that they knew that Antony wouldn’t attack “Antony: I took their stings, wouldn’t you say?…” “Antony: You stole their buzzing…You very wisely warn us before you sting”

Cassius says that before he didn’t believe in omens, but now he is because what happened to Caesar when his wife told him not to go to March, 15th because she had dreamed about a storm hitting Caesar statue, coming blood from it and breaking down. In this case is Cassius birthday and he has a bad omen because he will fight against the enemy, and now they feel weak  “Mighty eagles perched there..they’ve flown away…””, but not Octavius.
